Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 14 July 2025 · Effective: 14 July 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website at tensorlon.blog and your enrolment in AI engineering training programmes offered by Tensorloom ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered and operating in Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia. By accessing the website or completing an enrolment, you agree to these terms.
01Definitions
- "Service" — the AI engineering training tracks, website and associated materials provided by Tensorloom.
- "Learner" / "User" — any individual who enrols in a track or uses the website.
- "We / Us / Our" — Tensorloom.
- "Content" — all curriculum materials, recorded sessions, assignments, written feedback, and documentation produced by Tensorloom.
- "Track" — a structured programme of study offered by Tensorloom.
02Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry form, completing enrolment or using the website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
- You have read and understood these terms.
03Service Description
Tensorloom offers three online AI engineering tracks delivered via live sessions, recorded materials and written feedback:
- Foundations of Machine Learning (8 weeks)
- Applied Deep Learning Engineering (16 weeks)
- AI Systems Engineering Track (24 weeks)
Sessions are delivered online and are scheduled in Malaysian time (MYT). Track availability, start dates and cohort sizes are set by Tensorloom and may change between terms. We do not restrict enrolment by geographic location, though time zone differences may affect the live session experience.
04User Responsibilities
As a learner, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during enrolment;
- Engage with course materials and assessments honestly and without submitting work that is not your own;
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share access with others;
- Use course content only for your own personal learning;
- Treat other learners, mentors and staff with respect in all communications.
Prohibited activities include:
- Sharing, redistributing or reselling course materials;
- Recording live sessions without prior written permission;
- Using the website or services for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempting to access systems, accounts or data not belonging to you.
05Intellectual Property
All Content — including curriculum materials, written guides, recorded sessions, code examples and assessment questions — is owned by Tensorloom or its content contributors and is protected by Malaysian intellectual property law.
Upon enrolment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content for your personal study during and after the track. This licence does not permit redistribution, resale or use in training other persons.
Work you submit — assignments, project code, capstone deliverables — remains yours. By submitting, you grant Tensorloom a non-exclusive licence to use your submission for providing feedback and, in anonymised form, for curriculum improvement.
06Payment Terms
- All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
- Payment is due before a cohort place is confirmed.
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated at enrolment.
- Refund policy: A full refund is available if you withdraw more than 14 days before the track start date. No refund is available after that date unless the track is cancelled by Tensorloom, in which case a full refund will be issued.
- Payment instalment arrangements may be available on request; contact us to enquire.
07Track Enrolment and Completion
- Enrolment confirms a place in a specific cohort; it does not reserve a place in future tracks.
- Completion records are issued to learners who complete the track's required assignments and project work. We do not issue completion records solely on the basis of attendance.
- A completion record describes the topics studied and the work completed. It is a record of participation, not a regulated qualification or academic credential.
- We may defer a learner to the next cohort in cases of documented personal circumstances; contact us promptly if this applies.
08Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not make any representations about specific outcomes from completing a track, including employment prospects, salary changes or professional advancement.
Content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind. We update track content regularly but cannot warrant that all materials are current at all times.
09Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tensorloom's total liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the track fee you paid for the relevant track.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses including loss of income, loss of data or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Service.
We are not liable for interruptions to the Service caused by events outside our reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, natural events or third-party platform failures.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tensorloom and its staff from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your unlawful use of the Service.
11Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.
You may withdraw from a track by notifying us in writing. The refund policy in Section 6 applies. On termination, your licence to access Content ends, though you may retain materials already downloaded as permitted under Section 5.
12Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Selangor, Malaysia shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.
We encourage you to contact us at [email protected] to resolve any concern informally before pursuing formal proceedings.
13General Provisions
- Entire agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tensorloom regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce any right under this Agreement does not waive that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity.
- Notices: Formal notices should be sent by email to [email protected].
14Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled learners by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
